Assddiction respects copyright. This page explains how copyright owners and their authorized representatives can report material appearing on or through assddiction.com, and how affected users can respond.

Reports may concern an Assddiction page, an embedded video or link, a thumbnail, a photo, or user-submitted material. For third-party videos, we can remove or disable the player, link, or other material we control on Assddiction. We cannot remove a file from another website.

Report copyright infringement

Your written notice should include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature as the copyright owner or an authorized representative.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work. For multiple works covered at one online site, provide a representative list. Original-source URLs can help identify the work.
  3. The material, reference, or link you want removed, with enough information to locate it. Please provide the specific Assddiction URLs and identify the affected player, image, or other material.
  4. Contact information sufficient to reach you, such as a mailing address, telephone number, and an email address if available.
  5. Your good-faith statement that the challenged use lacks permission from the copyright owner or its agent and is not authorized by law.
  6. A statement that your notice is accurate, together with a declaration under penalty of perjury that you own the exclusive right at issue or are authorized to act for its owner.

We review notices and act expeditiously to remove or disable access to material when appropriate under the DMCA. If a notice identifies the work, the material, and a way to contact the sender but is missing other required information, we will seek clarification. Where applicable, we will promptly notify the affected subscriber.

Counter-notices

If material you submitted was removed following a copyright notice and you believe a mistake or misidentification occurred, you may send a written counter-notice to the agent. It must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the removed material and its location before removal.
  3. Your declaration under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the removal or disabling resulted from a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number; consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district containing your address (or, if outside the United States, any district where the service provider may be found); and acceptance of service of process from the original complainant or their agent.

When the subscriber counter-notice process in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) applies, we promptly send the complainant a copy and inform them that access will be restored in 10 business days. Restoration occurs between 10 and 14 business days after receipt of a valid counter-notice unless our agent first receives notice that the complainant filed an action seeking a court order restraining the subscriber’s infringement of that material. Independent lawful grounds for keeping material unavailable may still apply.

A counter-notice is a legal statement, and its required information is forwarded to the complainant. Consider legal advice before sending one.

Repeat infringement

Assddiction’s policy is to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, accounts belonging to repeat infringers. We may also restrict submissions or suspend accounts for copyright violations. We accommodate and do not interfere with standard technical measures within the meaning of 17 U.S.C. § 512(i).

Accuracy and handling of information

Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice can create liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Only send a copyright notice if you are the rights owner or an authorized representative.

We use information in legal notices to assess and handle the report, notify relevant parties, and meet legal obligations. Required counter-notice information is shared with the complainant. Copyright correspondence is not intended to appear on public channel profiles, but we cannot promise confidentiality against required legal disclosure.

For the governing procedures, see 17 U.S.C. § 512. This policy does not grant permission to use another person’s work.
